Nutrition the giver of life. Something we all take for granted and in today’s world, where we buy the bulk of it from a supermarket. In the event we cannot gain access to it OR the money to buy it, panic quickly sets in. Especially if you have young children, elderly or sick family members to take care of. Look at the countries where the banking systems have failed. Chaos.
The easiest way to alleviate the panic is to have up to 6 months of food and water stored. For those in our community that are on a lower income range then make use of the “discount day” at the supermarket. Any “2 for 1” deals and begin that storage. You DO NOT want to be battling in PANIC queues for food.
Things to consider:-
- Dependants such as babies and toddlers
- The elderly
- The infirm
- Special diets such as Gluten-free
